3 Milk Systems: choose the right milk system a for your needs. Basic Milk for all standard drinks, Easy Milk for premium quality and Dynamic Milk for hot and cold foams of varying levels of foam density. 

Flexible Features: the WMF 1500 S+ lets you create your own speciality coffees with each drink recipe being fully customisable, with the option of up to two grinders, a hot chocolate mixer and manual steam arm for non-dairy options. The 1500 S+ is WMF's most flexible machine mid-range machine with optional add-ons to suit every requirement.

Excellent Efficiency: the innovative, electronically controlled, high-performance conical blade grinders are finely tuned and robustly built for a long service life, as well as being quick and remarkably quiet.

Professional Brewing: the durable high-tech brewer guarantees performance and reliability from the 15g capacity professional infuser, while the self-monitoring grinders automatically adjust  to ensure consistency for many years of service. 

Multiple Modes: depending on if you want your machine set up for staff operations or customer-facing locations, the 10" touch screen can be changed to suit the user. An optional fully automatic steam arm means you can also deliver alternative milks without risking any dairy cross-contamination or overheating milk.
