CONVENIENT CARBON NEUTRAL DELIVERIES
All orders received Monday-Friday by midday are dispatched the same day with trackable next day delivery service, unless a specific delivery day is requested. For non-mainland UK, NI, Scottish Highlands & Islands please allow an additional 2 days for delivery. Orders received after midday will be dispatched the next business day.
– Orders over £100 receive FREE Next Day Delivery
– Orders under £100 are charged £7.50 for Next Day Delivery
AM Deliveries which are guaranteed to be arrive before midday are charged an additional £7.50 to standard delivery charges. Saturday Deliveries will incur an additional £30 delivery charge on standard delivery charges.
Orders for Non Mainland UK, Scottish Highlands and Islands incur an additional fees to our standard national delivery rules. AM and Saturday deliveries to these areas are not available.
All deliveries are trackable and must be signed for by the recipient when receiving goods. We cannot request a driver leave your items in a safe space, this can be requested by using the tracking information provided via email and/or text.
If a delivery is missed or cannot not be made for any reason, the delivery driver will make two more delivery attempts on the following business days before goods are automatically returned to us. Please refer to our returns policy below.

RETURNS POLICY
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 14 days of the date you received the item, unopened with any seals intact, unopened with any seals intact, and we will issue a full refund for the cost of the item minus a 10% restocking fee.
We can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty. If you wish to return goods to us, you must send them back to us at our contact address at your own cost and risk. We will be unable to issue credits for items that we do not receive.
In the instance where goods are returned to us because of multiple failed delivery attempts by our couriers to your delivery address (e.g. nobody at address at time of delivery after multiple delivery attempts), a redelivery fee may be charged to ensure your goods can be dispatched.
