The Mazzer Robur S is a premium conical burrs grinder much favoured by bartenders having to deal with large daily volumes and workloads. Average grinding speed is 1s/5g @50Hz, 1s/6g @60Hz. Consistent dosing, uniform coffee grounds, low retention and low volume grinding all benefit the barista for a simple and efficient workflow.

With an inbuilt sensor in the dosing chamber, the automatic grinding cycle begins grinding every 12 doses and stops when the coffee doser chamber is full. This handy feature means you will never run out of freshly ground coffee during busy periods. The adjustable doser chamber segments ensure a more precise and repeatable coffee dose is delivered every time the lever is pulled.
