The Mazzer ZM digital grinder is the latest high tech grinding power. The ZM features burrs specifically studied and designed to grind either filter coffee or espresso. Mazzer ZM features cutting-edge technology and unique functionalities. It boasts a motor-operated digital grind adjustment system allowing the barista to control the distance between the burrs in microns so that the grind setting is understandable, accurate and repeatable. The electronic True Zero calibration ensures that the grind settings are identical from grinder to grinder. Excellent burr parallelism gives consistent particle size distribution. A coffee retention of under 0.45 grams allows for single dosing. These features create a grinder that fits perfectly in the workflow of a specialty cafe.
