Sweetbird have captured the true essence of pistachios, creating a syrup that’s rich, nutty, and utterly irresistible. A unique crafted blend of two flavourings to bring you the most authentic pistachio experience, classic roasted nut notes harmonizing with the distinct green, pine, and apricot kernel nuances. Our syrup contains real salt to complement the richness, bringing the full spectrum of salted pistachio goodness to your drinks.

Perfectly pairing with lattes, hot chocolates, frappés and even matcha lattes. Combine with other syrups to create a number of delicious drinks such as a Rose and Pistachio latte, on-trend for Middle Eastern flavours to add to your drink menus. Or perhaps a Pistachio & Raspberry frappé reminiscent of the traditional Italian dessert, Pistachio Panna Cotta with Raspberry Jelly.

This Pistachio syrup recipe is specifically formulated to have an authentic pistachio flavouring without containing any nuts or nut-allergen components. We use natural flavourings that are commonly found in nature that possess the same chemical components of a pistachio to mimic the same aroma and flavour, but are in no way derived from nut.

For optimum shelf life, keep in a cool dry place, away from direct sunlight or sources of heat. Once opened the syrup should be kept sealed with a pump or by replacing the cap and ideally used within 2 months
